PhUn for Researchers: Find a Teacher

Looking for a teacher to host you and your lab group during the first week in November?

Perhaps start with your own children's teachers, or even teachers of your colleagues' or friends' kids. If you are at a university/college setting, check for contacts in the education department or maybe even your graduate students.

Another approach: Use the following link from the U.S. Department of Education to search for public, charter, magnet, and private schools in your neighborhood: http://nces.ed.gov/ccd/schoolsearch/. You'll get a list of schools with their main phone numbers, but it's a start!
